Introduction

Bimakavach Insurance Broking Private Limited maintains BimaKavach ( hereinafter referred to as the "Website" ) and owns, has the license to use or otherwise has the right to use, free of any pending or threatened liens, all content, graphics, HTML and CGI or other scripts displayed and used on the Website.

Bimakavach Insurance Broking Private Limited IRDAI licensed direct insurance broker, operating in general insurance.

Certain information on the Website is provided by our participating insurance companies. Therefore, although BimaKavach tries to ensure that all information and material, whether in relation to the products, services, facilities, offerings or otherwise (hereinafter "Information") provided as part of this website is correct at the time of inclusion on the website, it does not guarantee the accuracy of the Information. Bimakavach Insurance Broking Private Limited and/or BimaKavach make no representations or warranties as to the completeness or adequacy or accuracy of Information and expressly disclaim liability for any errors or omissions or delays in updating this information.

BimaKavach  may pass on your personal information to the relevant participating provider if you apply to purchase a product through BimaKavach. However,  BimaKavach does not guarantee when or if you will actually acquire the product that you have chosen. Bimakavach Insurance Broking Private Limited do not accept any liability arising out of circumstances where there is delay in you acquiring the product you have chosen.

The acceptance of the deposit as premium and final issuance of the policy is subject to the underwriting norms and discretion of the Insurer whose policy you have chosen to buy on which BimaKavach has no control. BimaKavach will ensure that the amount is refunded by the insurer in case there is no ultimate issuance of policy.

By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as ‘User Agreement’), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section for more information).

This agreement is in effect as of June, 26th 2023.

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.

• We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn’t violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of Bimakavach Insurance Broking Private Limited, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described, and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources. • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bimakavach Insurance Broking Private Limited and its parent company and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

Termination of Use

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. You further confirm and agree that you have completed your contact details voluntarily and under no duress and that this authorization you have provided to  BimaKavach  to contact you over your mobile number in relation to the insurance products sold by  BimaKavach will continue to apply to all calls relating to the solicitation of the insurance products sold by BimaKavach to you even if this mobile number is presently or subsequently registered on the Provider Do Not Call/ Do Not Disturb Register or the National Do Not Call Register.

BimaKavach does not send emails from other than domain names -  “bimakavach.com”. Please do not respond to any mails other than email IDs with this domain name as same may be fraudulent/phishing emails.
